This design displays a striking form from all angles and is carefully articulated with textures and colours to create a distinctive ‘industrial lux’ style. Extensive glazing, balconies and terraces at the rear ensures that inhabitants can relax, kick back and feel at one with the natural landscape.

After purchasing a challenging block, we began the search for someone who could design a functional family home that would draw on the unique features of the site, sit beautifully within its environment while still making a strong design statement. Andy instantly showed the same enthusiasm for the project that we felt ourselves and came up with an initial design that exceeded our expectations. He made constant refinements and improvements and communicated with us continuously, making sure that we understood and were happy with the direction of the design. He was patient with queries, responded to them quickly, and was more than happy to make time for face-to-face meetings or calls.
Andy assisted us in navigating the complex council requirements and was diligent in keeping up the momentum, liaising with the various experts to ensure the appropriate documentation was prepared on time. We were kept up to date with reminders of next steps and costs at all times, so there were no unpleasant surprises. His final plans were detailed and comprehensive, and the 3D modelling aided our understanding of the design, look and feel of the finished project. Andy is clearly passionate about design, and we believe that we have achieved a significantly better outcome for our property as a result of working with him.
