Secondary Dwelling

Three interconnected pavilions combine garage, living and bedroom areas into a cohesive composition. A monochrome palette, timber accents and lush tropical planting create a contemporary yet welcoming presence. Open-plan family areas with lofty ceilings and extensive glazing bring light and connection throughout the interior. At the rear, a generous deck and tropical garden provide private, intimate entertaining spaces, blurring the boundary between indoor and outdoor living for relaxed, elevated comfort.

Andy listened carefully to our ideas and translated them into a cohesive, light-filled layout that blends indoor and outdoor living seamlessly. He was clear in his communication, responsive throughout the process, and proactive in guiding key design decisions. As a builder, I particularly appreciated how well resolved and buildable the documentation was – it made construction straightforward and efficient.

The finished home is elegant, functional, and truly reflects how we live. The open living areas flow beautifully, while the private entertaining spaces and connection to the garden make the home feel both spacious and welcoming.
