1st Floor Addition
This small home on a corner block is completely transformed by a substantial extension and first-floor addition. The contemporary design, articulated with careful attention to material selection and colour, has effectively created an entirely new house that’s perfect for modern family living. The covered terraces over both levels wrap around the house, creating ideal entertainment spaces which overlook the pool and picturesque Jacaranda tree. The new first floor includes a generous master suite and second living area, both of which open up to the north terrace with stunning views towards the Port Hacking River.
Andy was great to deal with from the very first meeting. He encouraged us to go with a contemporary design that embraced the landscape and views, and optimised the summer breeze. His architectural design for our first-floor addition and substantial renovations really fitted into our house ideas. Andy was readily available whenever we had questions and he was always happy to accommodate our changes.
